Copywriting brand documents

Everest Media is a Digital Marketing Agency & Software House offering expertise in web, software and all things digital.

I worked with Everest to create a brand toolkit. Their goal was to give the whole team the confidence to write in Everest’s tone of voice. This would in turn improve the impact and consistency of communication across all of their digital platforms.

Tone of voice

I produced a five-page document with working examples of how to write consistently to embody Everest’s brand. I broke down each value and personality trait to explain how to capture their essence in writing.

Key messaging

I worked with the team to distinguish Everest’s services into five individual brand pillars. We chose keywords and used the new brand tone of voice to craft compelling and optimised messages for each pillar. The new key messages can be lifted into personalised sentences for both online and offline communications.

Copywriting workshop

Using the tone of voice document I provided an online copywriting workshop. The goal of the training was to help the team to restructure existing content and map out future content using the new brand documents.
